Gamanee (operated by Rizwani Solutions, Sri Lanka) is an online marketplace that connects travelers with accommodations, restaurants, attractions, and travel services across Sri Lanka. These Terms & Conditions apply to the Gamanee website, apps, and all related services.

Gamanee acts as an intermediary platform: stays and experiences are provided by independent hosts and businesses, not by Gamanee itself. When you book, you enter into an agreement directly with the host, facilitated by our platform.

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or make a booking.
• You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
• Information you provide (name, email, phone) must be accurate and kept up to date — we use it for booking confirmations and support.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse other users, or attempt to defraud the platform.

• All bookings are subject to availability and host confirmation.
• Prices are shown in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) unless stated otherwise, and may change until your booking is confirmed. Once confirmed, your price is locked.
• Payments are processed by trusted third-party payment gateways. Gamanee does not store your full card details.
• A booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation (in-app and by email) with a booking reference.
• Service or platform fees, where applicable, are shown before you pay — there are no hidden charges.

Cancellation windows and refund amounts depend on when you cancel relative to your stay. Full details, including processing times, are in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

If you list a property or service on Gamanee, you additionally agree that:

• Your listing information (photos, amenities, pricing, availability) is accurate and kept current.
• You hold all licenses, registrations, and permissions required to offer your accommodation or service in Sri Lanka.
• You will honor confirmed bookings at the confirmed price, and communicate promptly with guests.
• Gamanee may remove listings that are inaccurate, unsafe, unlawful, or receive repeated verified complaints.

• You are responsible for valid travel documents — passports, visas, and any vaccination or entry requirements.
• You agree to treat properties, hosts, and other guests with respect and to comply with reasonable house rules.
• We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation, medical expenses, and personal liability.

• Reviews must reflect genuine experiences. Fake, incentivized, or defamatory reviews may be removed.
• By posting content (reviews, photos, messages) you grant Gamanee a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it on the platform.
• We may moderate or remove content that is unlawful, offensive, or violates others' rights.

Gamanee facilitates connections between travelers and independent providers. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gamanee is not liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident, or delay caused by the acts or omissions of hosts, restaurants, transport providers, or other third parties.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid to Gamanee for the booking giving rise to the claim.

All content on the platform — the Gamanee name, logo, text, graphics, maps, and software — is the property of Gamanee or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, scrape, or reuse it without written permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Sri Lankan courts.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above, and continued use of the platform after a change means you accept the updated terms.
